Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Abode Financial Holdings, Inc. ("Abode") Referral Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry in the Abode Referral Program is automatically applied for Clients who have created an account (via email address) on Abode’s website (“Clients”). Any Abode partner who is currently receiving promotions is not eligible.

PROGRAM DETAILS

An eligible Client ("Referrer") will find their custom referral link via email or web application. This referral link may be sent to another potential Client ("Referee") through any means the Referrer desires. Upon receiving the referral link, the Referee must complete Abode onboarding process and sign up for Abode’s Property Tax product, including agreeing to Abode’s Property Tax Addendum. Once the Referee has completed the above and Abode has successfully lowered the Referee’s property taxes, the Referee must pay the agreed upon Abode fee (collectively, a “Property Tax Sign Up”).

INCENTIVE DETAILS

After completion of the Referral Program requirements detailed above, the Referrer will receive five percent (5%) of the Referee's tax savings amount for each Property Tax Sign Up. The cash promotion will be made available to the Referrer through a notification of Abode’s choosing, detailing the total cash promotion attributable to the Referrer along with a method of payment and / or collection of the cash promotion.

LIMITATIONS

The Referral Program is only available for U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, with a valid Social Security Number currently residing in the United States. It is the Client's responsibility to check the Abode application or this document for changes or updates to the Referral Program.

At any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, Abode has the right to terminate the Abode Referral Program. Fraudulent activity or attempts at gaming the Referral Program will result in cancellation of all pending referrals for the Client. Abode may revoke a Client's access to the Referral Program at any time without notice. Abode has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time without notice.

Access to the Abode Referral Program is restricted to Abode Clients in good standing and is not transferable to any other Client. Account closure will lead to cancellation of all pending referrals.

TAXES

The Referral Program Incentive will be considered taxable income for the Client and it is the Client's responsibility to consult a tax specialist for any advice regarding the tax implications of the Incentive. Abode will not provide tax advice to the Client.
